Our number one priority is that you love our socks! Socks are an intimate item, once worn they can not be returned or exchanged. If items are unused, unwashed and in the original packaging you have 14 days to return or exchange from your original purchase date.
Riise may refuse the returns for items if they are damaged, missing parts or not in the original condition. Please email customer service at Info@riiselife.com to speak with an advisor regarding any concerns.
Riise will uphold any irregular concerns including manufacturers defects or quality concerns but not normal wear and tear.
